Public Information Request

The Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1986 mandate that the public shall be provided access to facility specific chemical inventories, safety data sheets (SDS) and local emergency response plans in the possession of the Morgan County LEPC. An individual may apply to review non‐confidential facility information by appointment and/or request copies of such information. The LEPC may charge a reasonable fee to cover the coast of copying, shipping, and accrued costs for computer searches. These fees must be paid before receiving the requested information.
